1. Applicability
These terms of service apply to all services provided by stellarhosting. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
stellarhosting provides cloud servers, dedicated servers, and related hosting services. The specifications and prices of our services are listed on our website. All prices exclude VAT.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. All activities under your account are your responsibility. Report any unauthorised use to us immediately.
4. Payment
Payments are billed monthly in advance via automatic collection (Mollie). In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend services after a reasonable payment period.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your services at any time via the dashboard. After cancellation, the service remains active until the end of the current billing period. There is no minimum contract duration.
6. Fair use
Our services may not be used for illegal activities, spam, distributing malware, or activities that harm other users or our network. We reserve the right to block accounts in case of abuse.
7. Availability
We strive for high availability of our services but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for damages due to temporary unavailability.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the three months preceding the damage-causing incident. We are not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits.
9. Backups
You are responsible for making backups of your data. While we offer backup facilities, we do not guarantee that all data can be restored in all circumstances.
10. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms. For material changes, we will inform you at least 30 days in advance via email.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
